8+ Years of experience in IT Services
Should have 2+ Years of experience as Technical Lead / Architect
Should have been in customer interfacing role for Product / Application development and maintenance
Understanding of Product Engineering
Exp in Automation Systems Integration (PLCs, HMI, Industrial net systems, Instrumentation, Cheap Sensor prototypes is additional plus
Sound Exposure to quality processes
Domain / Functional knowledge as described above
Design Patterns and UML
Design and other tools (Code review, profiling)
Very good communications skills (Verbal and Written)
C/C++ over UNIX and Windows
Very sound understanding of OS Networking concepts
System Programming including Sockets, Multithreading, Inter-process Communications,
Datastructures and STLs, Large File Handling
Exposure to Distributed Architecture
